The reservation is only valid with the issuance of a written confirmation from the hotel. Modifications requested by phone are not valid; any changes must be reflected in a new document.
At check-in, the guest must present an official ID (ID card or passport) in the name of the reservation holder.
Full payment must be made according to the agreed dates. If not settled by the set date, the reservation will be automatically canceled without refund.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The guest will assume the costs for damages caused to the facilities during their stay.
